Bookings

• Bookings are confirmed after route, vehicle, date, price and availability are agreed by our team.
• Vehicle photos and descriptions are for representation. Actual vehicle may vary based on availability, but we aim to provide the agreed category.
• Customers must share accurate pickup, drop, passenger count and travel schedule details.

Prices And Payments

Quoted prices may depend on route, duration, vehicle type, season, tolls, parking, state tax, driver allowance and extra kilometres. Any advance/payment terms will be shared before confirmation.

Cancellation And Changes

Cancellation, date change or route change requests should be made as early as possible. Charges may apply where vehicles, hotels, permits or partner services have already been arranged.

Customer Responsibilities

• Carry valid identity documents where required for hotels, travel or security checks.
• Follow driver safety instructions and local laws.
• Avoid damage to vehicle, hotel property or third-party property.

Delays And Force Majeure

We work to maintain punctual service, but traffic, weather, road closure, strike, vehicle breakdown, government restriction or other events outside our control may affect travel time or itinerary.

Limitation Of Liability

Rajasthan Tour Points is not responsible for indirect loss, missed events, personal expenses or third-party service issues beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to support customers during the trip.
